Instructions for use of Hot Pack 1)any custom shape is avalable2)reusable many times3)no need for battery or hot water4)non-toxic,non-caustic,eco-friendly To activate: Firmly press or flex the metal disc until it clicks then release. Pack will turn white and heat up for 45-60 minutes. (Longer if put into an insulated holder.) Repeat if necessary. Knead pack to soften. (If the temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the heat pack or put into neoprene holder before using.) To reactivate: Put the hardened pack into boiling water. Fully immerse the pack in a pan of cold water and bring to boil for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquefied, then remove from water. When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again. (Place towel in bottom of pan prior to boiling. See warnings) WARNINGS: Do not microwave Instant Hot Packs Metal disc inside pack could cause damage to your microwave and Pack Do not place on a hot dry surface or in the oven Do not puncture Do not allow to contact the base of the pan when reactivating.
